Product Description: Bill’s MX2 Works pipe with 2 custom length team exhausts. One longer and one shorter pipe compared to consumer models. The shorter MX2 silencer increases low-end, “snappy” throttle response, improves acceleration, and raises the peak power RPM, but it is louder and can reduce peak top-end power compared to a longer muffler. The Long test pipe provides a quieter, deeper sound, smoother power delivery, and improved low-end to mid-range torque

Shorty MX2 Muffler (vs. Longer):

Performance: Creates a more instantaneous “snap” of power, often preferred for motocross, tight tracks, or supercross.
RPM Range: Shifts the powerband toward high-RPM acceleration, but may lose over-rev (top-end) capacity.
Sound: Significantly louder, often described as “annoyingly loud”.
Weight: Lighter weight.

Longer MX2 Muffler (vs. Shorty):

Performance: Provides smoother, more manageable, and broader power.
RPM Range: Better for maintaining speed and top-end power on long straights or trails, often used for enduro or desert riding.
Sound: Noticeably quieter and less raspy

Fitment: 2005-2021 YZ125 // 2015-2022 YZ125X
Product Condition: MX2 Works pipe is LIKE NEW, just has some marks from storage/transport/display, never used on bike. The long test pipe was only used on dyno for short time (10 mins), and shorty pipe was used at Lorettas for 2 motos.
