To arrange express shipping, please contact us before placing your order or immediately after — we will confirm the exact cost based on your location, item type, and current carrier availability. Express surcharges are calculated at cost and are always communicated transparently before we charge anything.

All orders placed on Used Motorcycle Co.UK are dispatched and delivered exclusively by courier and specialist freight carriers. We do not offer customer collection, in-person pick-up, or local hand-delivery under any circumstances.
This policy exists for an important operational reason: our inventory is sourced from multiple warehouses and partner storage locations across the UK and Europe. The item you purchase may be located at a different facility from our primary base — and in many cases, multiple items in a single order may be dispatched from different locations simultaneously. Coordinating customer collection from our fulfilment network is therefore not feasible.
Every order will be professionally packaged, insured in transit, and tracked from dispatch to delivery. No exceptions to the delivery-only policy can be made.

Return shipping is fully covered by us. You will not be asked to pay postage, carrier fees, or any administrative charge to return an item. We will arrange collection from your address or provide a pre-paid return label depending on the size and nature of the item.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Parts that have been fitted, modified, or used may not qualify for a full refund unless the return is due to a defect or misdescription. We ask that you retain all original packaging where possible. Repack the item securely — ideally in its original packaging if retained. Attach the return label or hand the item to the scheduled collection driver. No further action is required on your part once the item is collected.

Receive your refund
Once the item is received and inspected at our facility — typically within 3–5 business days of collection — your full refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 3–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Every complete motorcycle sold through Used Motorcycle Co.UK comes backed by a comprehensive 13-month warranty. This warranty covers mechanical defects, engine faults, gearbox failures, and electrical issues arising from normal use. It is valid from the date of delivery and applies to all full bike purchases — new, used, and refurbished — regardless of brand or model.
Warranty claims are handled directly through our support team. In the event of a covered fault, we will arrange repair, replacement, or a full refund at our discretion, at no cost to you.

Is shipping really free to every country?
Yes — completely. There are no hidden freight surcharges, fuel levies, or remote area fees. The total at checkout is the total you pay. This applies to every country we ship to, including islands and remote regions, though very remote locations may be subject to confirmation from our logistics team.
Can I collect my order in person?
No — collection is not available under any circumstances. Our stock is managed across multiple warehouse and partner locations throughout the UK and Europe. All orders are dispatched by professional carriers and delivered directly to your specified address. This ensures safe, tracked, and insured delivery of every item.
How do I know when my order has been dispatched?
You will receive an automated dispatch confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our facility. This email will include your carrier name, tracking number, and a direct link to the tracking portal. For large or specialist freight (full motorcycles), our team will also send a manual notification with estimated delivery window.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Report damaged deliveries to our team within 7 days of receipt, with photographs of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund, and collect the damaged item at no cost to you. We will also file a claim with the carrier on your behalf — you do not need to deal with the carrier directly.
How long does the refund take to reach my account?
Once your returned item has been received and inspected — typically 3–5 business days after collection — we will process your refund immediately. It then takes 3–7 working days to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued from our end.
Does the 13-month bike warranty cover used motorcycles?
Yes. The 13-month warranty applies to all complete motorcycle purchases — new, pre-owned, and refurbished. Each motorcycle is inspected and assessed prior to listing, and the warranty covers mechanical and electrical defects arising under normal use. Warranty terms for specific models are confirmed in writing at the point of sale.
Can I exchange an item instead of getting a refund?
Absolutely. If you'd prefer to exchange your item for a different specification, size, or model, contact our returns team and we'll arrange it. If there is a price difference, we'll only charge or refund the difference. Exchanges follow the same 60-day window and are equally free of charge to you.
What's the difference between standard and express delivery costs?
Standard delivery is always free and included in your order. Express delivery is available at an additional cost which varies based on your location, the weight and dimensions of the item, and carrier availability at the time of your order. We always confirm the exact express surcharge before processing — you are never charged without prior agreement.
